July update on endorsed HECMs

In the spirit of getting back to providing HECM endorsement numbers we will share some of the new numbers.
Key findings for this month from HUD, include:
Overall endorsement volume for July came in at 9,484 units, down just about 6% from the previous month, and bringing the year-to-date endorsement number up to 93,354.
The endorsement numbers for June were 10,026 and the total at that time was 83,871.
The top 10 lenders from Jan 1 to July 31 were:
